About Cabarlah Clinic Cabarlah Clinic is located within Borneo Barracks, 14km north of Toowoomba. The barracks is home to the tri-service Defence Force School of Signals’ Electronic Warfare Wing and has approximately 250 members. The Clinic provides primary medical, dental, nursing, mental health and physiotherapy services to the base.

Clinic staff may be required to work across Cabarlah & Oakey. Standard operating hours of the centre are generally 0700-1630 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements). After-hours,



weekend and on-call shifts may be required depending on role requirements and base location

What you’ll do

- Deliver high-quality primary care to Defence members

- Occupational Medicine setting, conducting fitness-for-duty assessments and pre/post-deployment care, in addition to injury management, chronic disease management and preventative health

- Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment where patient wellness is paramount

What you bring

- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner

- FRACGP, FACRRM or Vocational Registration

- Minimum two years’ GP experience in the last five years in a GP Setting (GPT counts)

- Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)

- Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)

- Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care
