We are currently partnering with a growing PE backed multisite business on the search for a GM Finance

Reporting to the CFO, this role sits at the center of the finance function, leading Finance, Business Performance and Data, and acting as the key link between group finance and operations across the network.

The key duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

- Owning the annual budget cycle and maintaining a rolling 12-month EBITDA forecast for the Executive team
- Leading financial analysis to monitor business performance, with a particular focus on revenue and labour
- Meeting all tax, financial and legal obligations, including GST, PAYG, payroll tax and FBT
- Managing monthly and board reporting, reconciliations and the annual external audit
- Overseeing treasury, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships




- Improving finance systems and processes to support faster, more accurate reporting
- Leading and developing the Business Performance, Finance and Data teams

The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent) with a relevant degree
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience
- Robust across forecasting, reporting and business performance analysis in a multisite environment
- Someone who communicates with confidence and builds credibility with senior stakeholders
