About The Role At Built Environs, our Graduates progress through a two-year developmental program. You will be exposed to a wide range of senior professionals, including a mentor, who will be able to guide you and encourage you. You will progress through project-based and office-based rotations, and have access to great employee perks. Through guidance from your peers, senior leaders and managers, you will be responsible for tasks including:

- Document control.
- Assisting the Estimators preparing pre-qualifications and tenders.
- Assisting the Project Manager and Site Manager during all phases of the construction process.
- Conformity of all construction activities with Company procedures and policies and with WHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act and all Codes of Practice.
- Conformance to time schedules, budgets and performance criteria.
- Collating deliverables required for practical completion.
- Managing project close out and archiving.





About you To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

- Relevant tertiary qualification (such as Construction Management & Building Economics).
- Self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision with focus on results.
- Competent in use of MS Office.
- Be passionate about organisational values of safety & care, honesty & integrity, customer focus, teamwork and performance excellence.
- Be a permanent resident of Australia.
