Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate of Architecture role based in Balmain, NSW. The Graduate of Architecture will support senior architects and designers in developing concept designs, preparing documentation, and assisting with presentations for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing CAD and BIM drawings, coordinating design details, researching materials and products, and contributing to design reviews.

The role also involves liaising with consultants, assisting with planning and authority submissions,



and ensuring documentation aligns with project briefs and standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the project team and contribute to the studio’s design culture and quality-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and design documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and consultants.
- Candidates should possess skills in Solution Architecture and Integration, with the ability to coordinate design solutions across disciplines and systems.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
- A university degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification, with eligibility or intent to pursue skilled registration, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work effectively within project deadlines are required.
- An interest in residential and commercial design, and understanding of local planning regulations and building codes, will be advantageous.
