Delplant is an industry-leading business with more than 50 years of experience in the sewer, water and gas industry.

We service both the land development industry (subdivisions) and public sector (water authorities). Our capabilities range from small maintenance works to large reticulation works, pump stations and rising mains. We are strategically located in Narre Warren with our projects located in through-out the wider south eastern suburbs.

Due to a solid pipeline of works we are seeking a Graduate Site Engineer to join our construction team.

With professionals ranging from recent graduates to Construction Managers with 20+ years’ experience, you will be surrounded by driven likeminded people who are focused on delivering quality water assets.

About the Role

As a Graduate Site Engineer at Delplant, you will be responsible for the delivery of a diverse range of Sewer & Water infrastructure projects in both the subdivisions and capital expenditure. Specifically, your role will include:

- General site management & coordination
- Delivering projects safely and sustainably
- Procurement of site materials




- Preparation of tender submissions
- Liaising with key stakeholders

About You We are looking for someone who has the same passion we do for the water industry. We are looking for someone who wants to challenge and collaborate with our team. As the successful candidate, you will have:

- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with a high level of people management skills
- Thorough understanding of civil construction methodologies relevant to pipelines trenching works
- Strong ability to review plans, schedules and specifications to accurately tender construction works, taking into account all potential risks associated with the project
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic outlook
- Ability to perform under pressure and to work extended hours as required
- Industry experience preferrable, but not required
- Current Driver’s license
