About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Ground Crew Assistant to join our Noosa DZ team! This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in a leading tourism company where fun and building relationships are at the heart of what we do.

This is a casual position, with weekday shifts and occasional weekend or public holiday work as required, perfect for someone versatile and ready to jump in where needed.

This role will also be required to undertake Driver responsibilities as required. A valid Light Rigid (LR) Driver Licence and QLD Driver Authorisation are highly advantageous.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
- Perform office and administrative duties as required.
- Support Skydive Instructors with customer preparation and training prior to skydives.
- Assist with the coordination and management of parachute landings.




- Follow all safety procedures, policies and operational protocols.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative, independence and professionalism.
- Work effectively outdoors in a range of weather conditions.
- Undertake driving duties as required.

About You You are a hard worker and thrive in a fast paced environment, with exceptional customer service skills including great face to face, phone, and email manner. You are detail-orientated, understand manifesting functions and are ready to jump in and help where needed.

Full training will be provided. The role is based at our Sunshine Coast Airport office, with up to five days per week available once you are fully trained and qualified.
