Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team and play a key role in securing commercial projects valued between $1M and $25M.

About the Role

n

As an Estimator at INTREC, you'll work closely with our Bid Team to prepare accurate, competitive and high-quality tenders across fitout, refurbishment and construction projects.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects ranging from $1M to $25M
n
- Reviewing tender documentation, scope, risks and commercial requirements
n
- Preparing and distributing subcontractor tender packages
n
- Engaging subcontractors and suppliers and reviewing competitive pricing
n
- Managing tender enquiries, clarifications and RFIs
n
- Contributing to tender strategy meetings, programmes and methodologies
n
- Producing high-quality tender submissions
n
- Managing Bid Action Plans and key tender deadlines
n
- Maintaining accurate tender and estimating documentation
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n





n
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
n
- 5+ years' estimating experience within commercial construction
n
- Experience across fitout, refurbishment and/or construction projects
n
- Experience with Cubit, Buildsoft, EstimateOne, MS Project and Microsoft Office
n
- Strong construction knowledge and commercial awareness
n
- Excellent communication and subcontractor engagement skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
n
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to continue developing your skills
n
