Frasers Property Australia is seeking a proactive Building Manager/Caretaker for our Queensland Development team, based in Hamilton, Brisbane. This 6-month contract covers parental leave with a likelihood of extension.

You will proactively manage and resolve building issues, ensure assets are well maintained, and manage relationships with tenants, owners and bodies corporate. You will work with the Property Management team to manage lettings and deliver an exceptional resident experience, while
