Help children build confidence, connection and communication
n Join Each's NDIS Children's Therapy Support Services team and play a meaningful role in supporting children with developmental delay and disability to thrive. Working alongside families, educators and a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide evidence-informed speech pathology services that build skills, confidence and participation in everyday life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Speech Pathologist looking for flexibility, variety and meaningful work, while supporting children and families across the Outer East community.

n

Your role, your impact
n In this role, you'll work directly with children aged 0-12 years and their families, helping them achieve goals that matter most to them through person-centred, evidence-informed supports.

n

- Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to children with developmental delay and disability
n
- Assess, plan and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual goals and needs
n
- Build capability within families and educational settings through coaching, mentoring and collaborative support
n
- Work across a variety of environments, including clinic, home, childcare, kindergarten and school settings
n




- Develop assessment reports and recommendations that support positive outcomes for children and families
n
- Manage and coordinate a caseload, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate clinical records
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and external stakeholders to provide integrated support
n
- Facilitate group programs and parent education opportunities
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of learning and best practice
n
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to junior clinicians and/or students where required
n

Who we're looking for
n You will be a passionate and collaborative Speech Pathologist who enjoys building solid relationships with children, families and community partners.

n

n
- Bachelor in Speech Pathology (minimum)
n
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
n
- Experience delivering speech pathology services to children with developmental delay and disability
n
- Strong understanding of child development and family-centred practice
n
- Experience working collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong time management, organisational and documentation skills
n
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team
n




- Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic client management systems
n

n
