Job Description

Brumby (Formerly GrazeMate) in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Lead Robotics Engineer to design and own the robotics stack—from control architectures to fleet orchestration—and to lead a small engineering team. You will remain hands-on while guiding senior technical decisions and mentoring colleagues.

You will build the drone control and coordination layers for cattle herding, ensure robust operation across deserts and tropical conditions, and manage field deployments with the founder's direct reporting
