Job Description

Mars Snacking in Ballarat invites an experienced HR Business Partner to shape the people strategy for the Ballarat chocolate factory. You will partner with Factory Management to drive organisational effectiveness and associate engagement, guiding critical HR initiatives to support production goals.

You will work closely with senior leaders, lead talent development and succession planning, and navigate labour relations in a unionised workplace.
