Relationships Australia Queensland (RAQ) is seeking a compassionate Post Separation Practitioner to provide education, intake, assessment and support to individuals and families navigating separation, with a focus on ensuring positive parent–child relationships.

You will manage intake, assess risk, develop case plans, deliver education to groups and individuals, and work within a child-centered, trauma-informed practice framework to support families through separation.
