Sb Recruitment is seeking 20 enthusiastic Call Centre Officers for a NSW Government project based onsite in Orange, NSW. The roles run on a 6 days on/1 day off roster, 57 hours per week, from ASAP to 30 November 2026, with standard hours 8:00am–6:00pm and hotline 8:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities include handling community enquiries, keeping scripts updated, data entry into response systems, and reporting to the Hotline Team Leader in a quick-paced, public information environment.
