We have delivered high quality maintenance and gardening services to a range of prestige customers across Melbourne for over 30 years. With a team of passionate professionals, we transform ordinary landscapes into extraordinary places for our clients.

The person we want

Are you passionate about gardening and dedicated to keeping outdoor spaces in tip top order? Do you have a positive attitude and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team. We will consider either a full-time or part-time position for the right candidate. State your preference in your application.

What you'll do

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning and planting to ensure the health and beauty of our clients' gardens
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper hydration of plants
- Diagnose and treat plant diseases, pests, and other issues as necessary
- Trim and shape trees and shrubs to maintain their appearance and promote healthy growth
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools




- Keep detailed records of gardening activities, plantings, and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and expectations for their gardens
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assist with landscaping projects as needed

To join us you will need

- Proven experience as a gardener, in a similar role or a demonstrated capability for outdoor work.
- A commitment to working in a safe environment
- The ability to operate small power tools such as mowers, brush cutters and hedge trimmers
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and the maturity to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Landscaping and horticultural certifications are a plus
- A current Working With Children’s Card and Police Check or a willingness to obtain same
