An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced pharmaceutical marketer to join a highly respected global healthcare organisation and take ownership of a significant commercial portfolio in primary care. The role combines strategic leadership, people development, marketing innovation and digital projects. Leading local strategy, a small team and partnering with an established sales force, you will support growth for future success.

Create and implement strategy and work in collaboration with ANZ commercial leadership peers. This role will be based from Melbourne.

Reporting To The Commercial Director, Your Key Responsibilities Include

- Developing and implementing marketing strategy and specific brand/indication operational plans
- Leading product launch and portfolio management
- Coaching and managing a marketer
- Developing and implementing omnichannel engagement strategies
- Developing and leveraging market and competitive insights
- Managing KOL's to understand best positioning of your brand
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborating with your sales and medical peers in execution

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Bring

- Broad portfolio marketing ownership, with cardiovascular product launch preferred
- Strong background in Pharmaceuticals, with Primary Care and/or Established Brands highly regarded




- Experience in forecasting, managing a budget and responsibility for P&L;
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen and communication skills
- High credibility and impact with ability to communicate at senior level
- Additional experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence or similar functions
- People and culture leadership, preferably leading marketing teams.
