Our Story

Little National Hotel Adelaide is the newest addition to DOMA Hotels' growing portfolio. Located on North Terrace in the heart of the CBD, the 237-room hotel was designed by Bates Smart with interiors by Luchetti Krelle - bringing a new luxury offering to Adelaide. Guests have access to a 21st floor lounge and bar with panoramic city views, a library designed for work and downtime, and a Technogym-equipped fitness space.

About the role:

At Little National Hotels, it’s the little details that make a big impact. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments that keep our guests coming back. We are seeking a warm, welcoming and service-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will enjoy connecting with people, sharing your local knowledge of Adelaide, and finding ways to create thoughtful and memorable stays for our guests. As part of the team, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally, processing payments in accordance with hotel procedures, and providing information and assistance to guests and visitors throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Provide ongoing exceptional customer service.
- Anticipate guests needs and exceed service expectations.




- Complete arrival and departure checks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Create reservations for accommodation, food and beverage outlets and taxis.
- Respond to guest enquiries using strong written and verbal communication.
- Meet agreed deadlines for tasks within allocated shift times.
- Use problem solving skills for all guest complaints.
- Take ownership and accountability for completing tasks as set by supervisors and managers.

Key Skills/Qualifications

- Minimum one years' experience as a receptionist
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Approachable, friendly and customer service oriented

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to manage time, with attention to detail; prioritise/organise and follow-up, with speed and accuracy
- Excellent personal presentation and presence with the willingness and ability to exceed expectations
- Hotel Management diploma/ degree is favorable but not necessary
- Opera knowledge is favorable but not necessary
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
