About the opportunity The role will suit people who love supporting guests through exceptional sales and service, ensuring the best City Cave experience. Whether front-of-house or behind the scenes, every role plays an important part in creating the City Cave experience.

Float Attendant;

- Face to face and phone based guest service and sales
- Overall operational of the Centre
- Administration and Diary Management
- Respond to all guest feedback and enquiries promptly
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capa
- Assist with Social Media Content
- Retail merchandising and sales
- Complete daily reporting
- Maintain sales targets & customer satisfaction goals

About you

- Positive can do attitude
- Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable
- Clean and tidy appearance.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, often fast paced environment

Cave Diver (Junior Role - Ideal for School-Aged Workers!); Don’t worry – there’s no diving involved!

This role is all about helping our centre run smoothly behind the scenes – turning over rooms, folding towels, and assisting with day-to-day operations. It’s perfect for a motivated junior with a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a passion for helping others feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

- Turning over rooms between guests
- Folding towels and maintaining linen standards
- Supporting general centre operations
- Keeping the centre clean, organised, and welcoming
