About us:

We manage a portfolio of properties across Sydney. There's always something that needs attention a small repair here, a touch-up there and we're after someone who'll take real ownership of keeping them all in top condition.

About the role:

This is a full-time, ongoing handyman position covering day-to-day repairs, maintenance and small works across our properties.

It's a genuine all-rounder position. One day you might be hanging a door and patching gyprock, the next you're clearing gutters or tidying the grounds ahead of an inspection. If you like variety and you'd rather get on with it than be micro-managed, this will suit you.

Responsibilities

- General repairs and maintenance across our properties
- Carpentry — doors, locks, hardware, shelving, minor framing and fit-out work
- Painting, patching and touch-ups, interior and exterior
- Gyprock hanging and setting
- Minor plumbing — tap washers, blockages, fixture swaps (licensed work is referred to our trade contractors)
- Roof and gutter maintenance — cleaning, minor repairs, spotting leaks early
- Gardening and general grounds upkeep
- Preparing spaces between occupants
- Reporting on jobs completed and flagging anything that needs a licensed trade

Requirements:




- Proven hands-on experience across multiple trade areas
- Own tools
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Strong work ethic and genuine attention to detail
- Able to work independently, prioritise, and manage your own time on site
- Outstanding communication skills
- Comfortable travelling between sites across Sydney
- White Card (construction induction), or willing to obtain
- Trade background or relevant licence advantageous, but not essential
- Full working rights in Australia
