About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Handyman Trainee Fire Technician to join our growing service-based fire protection and trades team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, wants to learn new skills and is interested in developing a career in fire protection, electrical and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist technicians with fire protection,



maintenance and general handyman works
- Carry out basic building, repair and maintenance tasks
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Assist with site preparation, installations and service work
- Follow WHS procedures, SWMS and toolbox requirements
- Complete job information using our field management system
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Learn and develop skills in fire protection and associated trades

About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Trade experienced preferred
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Physically fit and comfortable working on-site
- Keen to learn and develop current skills
- A good team player who can also work independently
- Practical and solutions-focused
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Safety-conscious
- Holds a NSW Driver Licence
- Holds a Construction White Card or is willing to obtain one

Pay: $26.45 – $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
