Radiance Markets is an FX and CFD broker, part of a technology group working across payments, trading systems and risk management. We are hiring a Head of APAC, based in Sydney, to lead sales and marketing across the region.

About the role

You will lead the commercial side of our Asia-Pacific business. You are responsible for regional revenue, for the team that delivers it, and for deciding which markets we prioritise. Payments, liquidity and platform technology are handled by other teams, so your focus is entirely on winning clients and partners.

What you will do

- Own the regional revenue target, covering both direct clients and our Introducing Broker (IB) and Master IB networks.
- Build and lead the regional sales and business development team. We already have people in market, and you will hire more.
- Lead regional marketing for client acquisition: channels, campaigns, partner materials and local positioning.
- Manage our Introducing Broker and Master IB relationships, including which partnerships we take on and which we turn down.
- Decide which markets we expand into next, and what it will take to succeed there.
- Work directly with the founder and with our teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Chongqing.





What we are looking for

- At least 3 years in a client-facing sales, business development or marketing role at an FX or CFD broker. This is essential.
- Experience leading a country or a region, carrying a revenue target, and building the team that delivered it. We will ask which market, how much you grew it, and over what period.
- A strong understanding of how retail clients are acquired in Asia-Pacific, including IB and Master IB commission structures, referral models, and how to keep partners over the long term.
- Native or bilingual Mandarin. This role sells into Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Working English for internal communication.
- Based in Sydney, or willing to relocate. Some regional travel is required.
