Radiance Markets is the retail trading brand of a technology group built across payments, trading systems, risk management and financial consulting. We are hiring a Head of APAC, based in Sydney, to own sales and marketing across the region.

The role

You own the commercial front end in APAC: the client and partner numbers, the people who deliver them, and the decision about where we push and where we do not. Payments, liquidity and platform are run by other teams. Your job is demand.

In practice

Own the regional revenue plan across direct clients and introducing broker and MIB networks.

Build and lead the regional sales and business development team. We already have people in market. You will hire more, and you will carry the number they add up to.

Own the marketing behind acquisition in the region: channels, campaigns, partner-facing material, and the local positioning that makes them work.

Own the introducing broker and MIB relationships. Know which partners are worth signing and which are worth declining.

Decide which markets we enter next and what it actually takes to win there.

Work directly with the founder, and with the teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Chongqing who build the platform behind you.





What we need

At least three years in a client-facing sales, business development or marketing role at an FX or CFD broker. This is not negotiable.

You have run a region or a country, carried a revenue target, and hired the team that hit it. We will ask which region, by how much, and over what period.

A real understanding of how retail flow is acquired in this region: IB and MIB economics, referral structures, and what makes a partner stay rather than move their book next quarter.

Mandarin at native or bilingual level. This role sells into Mandarin-speaking markets.

English for internal communication.

Based in Sydney, or willing to relocate. Regional travel expected.
