The Head Therapist reports to the Spa Manager and will deliver exceptional guest service; providing guests with warm, friendly, professional beauty services of high quality.

A few of your responsibilities:

- Perform all treatments in accordance with SOPs and treatment protocols
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations through high-quality, personalised treatments
- Provide massage and beauty treatments within your qualifications and training
- Deliver treatments across the spa, Darling Hotel and The Star as required
- Build and maintain positive relationships with spa guests
- Complete guest consultations, maintain records, recommend products, drive retail sales, replenish amenities and promptly resolve complaints
- Complete all daily administration, including guest records and sales reporting
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall spa team performance

What we are looking for:

- Nationally recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO, City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent) or Diploma in a recognised massage modality
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) desirable
- Minimum two years' experience in a Spa Supervisor or Head Therapist role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills advantageous
