We're seeking an experienced Healthcare BIM / Digital Delivery Lead to drive digital delivery, BIM strategy and information management across major healthcare projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping how project information is coordinated, managed and delivered throughout the project lifecycle.

Working alongside some of Australia's leading healthcare architects, planners and designers, you'll help deliver projects that improve patient outcomes, support healthcare operations and create lasting value for communities.

The Opportunity

As our Healthcare BIM / Digital Delivery Lead, you will champion BIM excellence and digital delivery across healthcare projects while ensuring compliance with Health Infrastructure requirements and industry best practice.

You will lead digital workflows, information management and model coordination processes, helping project teams deliver accurate, coordinated and data-rich project outcomes from planning through to commissioning and handover.

This role combines technical leadership, stakeholder engagement and project delivery, working closely with architects, healthcare planners, consultants, contractors and clients.

In this role you will:

Lead BIM & Digital Delivery

- Lead BIM strategy and digital delivery across complex healthcare projects.
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans, project standards and digital workflows.
- Drive best practice information management processes across project teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to project teams.

Manage Information & Asset Data

- Oversee healthcare asset information management and digital deliverables.
- Ensure BIM models and asset data align with Health Infrastructure SPAIR requirements and operational data standards.
- Support FM-ready handover deliverables and whole-of-life asset management outcomes.




- Coordinate dRofus integration and information management processes where required.

Drive Project Coordination & Quality

- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and project information.
- Lead clash detection, model reviews and quality audits using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Revizto.
- Monitor model quality, compliance and project information standards.
- Facilitate collaboration across project teams, consultants and stakeholders.

Support Better Healthcare Outcomes

- Collaborate with healthcare planners, architects and designers throughout project delivery.
- Contribute to digital solutions that improve healthcare operations and asset performance.
- Support innovation across HDR's healthcare practice and broader digital delivery capability.

What We're Looking For

You'll likely bring experience from one or more of the following areas:

- BIM Management
- Digital Delivery
- Healthcare Planning
- Architecture
- Healthcare Project Delivery

You'll bring:

- Experience leading BIM and digital delivery on complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, information management and model coordination processes.
- Experience developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans and digital workflows.
- Experience delivering major healthcare projects
- Experience with dRofus
- Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revizto and related digital delivery platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to influence, mentor and support project teams.

Highly Regarded

- Knowledge of Health Infrastructure requirements and SPAIR standards
- Knowledge of AusHFG requirements and healthcare planning principles
- Architectural, design technology or related professional qualification
- Experience integrating project data across multiple platforms and project teams
