It’s a good problem to have… but we need your help solving it. Ellico Group has continued to grow across the Bowen Basin, and right now we’ve got more opportunities on the table than we have Heavy Diesel Fitters to fill them.

We’re looking for experienced fitters who are ready to get on the tools and join our crews across multiple Bowen Basin operations.

Whether you’re chasing a regular 7/7 roster, a site-based position, a field role or simply want to know what else is out there, have a chat with us.

What’s on offer

• $70–$80/hr + super, depending on role and experience

- Multiple positions available across the Bowen Basin
- Ongoing 7/7 roster opportunities

- New fleet of fully equipped Ford Rangers, kitted out and ready to go for selected field roles

What we need from you

• Relevant Certificate III trade qualification

- Minimum two years’ experience in mining or heavy industry
- Current QLD Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Experience maintaining, fault-finding and repairing heavy mining equipment
- CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr or similar equipment experience highly regarded
- Dragline maintenance experience highly regarded, as we have a couple of roles ready to go!
- Working at Heights, EWP, Dogging and other relevant High Risk Work Licences highly regarded

You don’t need to tick every bonus box. If you’re a qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter with solid experience, we want to hear from you.
