Job Description

IMB Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our relief team, based in Miranda for training and to support branches across Wynyard and the Sutherland Shire as needed. Banking experience is not required as excellent training is provided.

The role involves assisting customers with banking and insurance needs across multiple channels and maintaining high service standards. You will handle cash, balance duties, and work closely with Branch Managers to meet team targets.
