Cassia Freo is a vibrant, fast growing Modern Australian restaurant in the heart of Fremantle. Known for great food, quality drinks, and memorable guest experiences, we’re looking for a passionate Venue Manager to help lead and grow our front of house operations.

About the Role

This is a hands on leadership role combining venue support and daily operational oversight. Working closely with the Director of Food and Beverages, you’ll help oversee daily operations while managing a multitude of tasks, including team training and elevating the overall guest experience.

It’s ideal for someone ready to step up and who enjoys both people leadership and the fast-paced logistics of floor service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily venue operations and administrative tasks.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences across both busy lunch and dinner services.

Staff rostering, training, and ongoing performance management.

Work hand in hand with the Bar Manager to consistently deliver the unique Cassia experience.

Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Manage venue opening and closing procedures with a robust attention to detail.





Handle customer feedback professionally and confidently on the floor.

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy bar or restaurant environment.

Strong bar and beverage knowledge coupled with proven leadership capabilities.

A positive, energetic, and team first attitude.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

A genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and the guest experience.

Flexibility to work a standard hospitality roster, including evenings and weekend shifts.

Requirements

Current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) capability.

Approved Manager Certificate (or currently tracking to obtain one).

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
