Job Description

METLEN Energy & Metals Plc in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the APAC region within the Legal Technical Contracts Division. You will provide high-quality legal advice to the business and work under the Head of Legal while taking ownership of matters progressively.

You will draft, review and negotiate procurement contracts, EPC subcontracts and a broad range of commercial agreements, ensure compliance, governance, and timely escalation, and collaborate with development,
