At CyberCX we are building a uniquely Australia and New Zealand focused cyber intelligence capability. The Managing Analyst will lead a fast-growing team of Lead Analysts, Senior Analysts, Analysts and Associate Analysts to deliver assessments, reports and finished intelligence products for diverse stakeholders. They will spearhead continuous improvement of the team’s intelligence methodologies and outputs, drive exceptional customer outcomes and employee experience, and help to build CyberCX Intelligence's reputation as the leading Australia and New Zealand cyber intelligence provider.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Help to lead the strategic direction, growth and sustainability of CyberCX Intelligence in support of the Director - Cyber Intelligence.
- Maintain expertise in the Australian and New Zealand cyber threat landscape and act as an intelligence expert and thought leader for diverse internal and external customers.
- Build and continuously improve team intelligence methodologies and ways of working to drive quality, productivity, customer success and employee engagement.
- Be the custodian of Cyber Intelligence judgments and finished assessments including by reviewing and setting intelligence priorities, quality assuring templates and finished products, contesting judgements and championing the dissemination and appropriate use of relevant, timely and accurate intelligence artefacts across CyberCX.
- Innovate and uplift intelligence services and lead design and delivery of complex intelligence products and services.
- Manage,
coach and develop a team of Lead Analysts, Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Associate Analysts.
Key skills
- Significant experience in an analytical role (intelligence, military, geopolitical risk, think tank or similar)
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand, and broader Indo-Pacific, cyber threat landscape
- Mastery of intelligence assessments methods, processes and products, and a demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
- Experience leading large, diverse teams to deliver high quality outcomes in often high-tempo environments for customer success and employee engagement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce products with structure, clarity and precision
- Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse and amalgamate diverse information to deliver results
- An active AGSVA clearance, or the willingness and ability to attain one
