Conveyancing Manager /Team Leader empire group Brisbane, QLD, AU

The Role

This position of Conveyancing Manager/Team Leader offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team. Reporting to the Manager of Legal and Compliance, you will contribute to the success of the brand by delivering exceptional service and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:

- day to day leadership of the contracts team (10 contracts coordinators)
- coach, mentor and support a team
- conduct regular one on one meetings and provide feedback
- manage team performance, leave planning, rostering and timesheet approvals
- support recruitment, onboarding and induction of new team members
- build strong relationships with Principals, Sales Directors and Office Leaders across the business
- oversee daily workflow
- monitor service levels and resolve operational issues
- manage contract-related escalations and identify opportunities to improve processes
- support portfolio management and provide leave cover when required

Your Experience

- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a conveyancing paralegal / manager as well as experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills




- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team-oriented team

Salary/Benefits

- Salary between $100K-$150K including Super
- WFH 1 day a fortnight after training
