Key responsibilities

Being the friendly first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email — answering questions, booking in work and following up

Proactively calling potential clients to follow up on opportunities and bring in new job leads

Preparing simple quotes and estimates for customers

Scheduling jobs and coordinating electricians and apprentices day to day

Managing tools, stock and materials — ordering, tracking and keeping everything organised

Keeping job records, admin and systems tidy in simPRO (our job management software)

Keeping communication flowing between customers, field staff and the owner so jobs run without a hitch

About you

High attention to detail and strong organisation — nothing slips through the cracks

Excellent communication and customer-service skills, written and verbal

Experience in a similar operations, coordination,



scheduling or admin role — ideally in electrical, trades, construction or another service business

Comfort preparing quotes and juggling a busy schedule

A confident, proactive phone manner — comfortable making outbound calls and chasing new opportunities

Confidence with computers and job management software — experience with simPRO is a bonus, but we're happy to train you up

The ability to work independently, prioritise and stay calm when it's busy

Familiarity with the electrical or trades industry is a bonus, but not essential
