Hidden Valley Forest Retreat is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis of 10 - 15 hours per week. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our luxury forest accommodation, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. This role is based in Carbunup River, WA 6280.
What you'll be doing
1. Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, common areas, to a high standard
2. Replenishing guest amenities and supplies as needed
3. Reporting any maintenance or repair issues promptly
4. Adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols
5. Providing a warm and friendly service to all guests
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally in a hospitality or tourism environment
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
3. A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to provide excellent customer service
4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays for a total of 10 - 15 hours per week.

Physical fitness and stamina to perform the duties of the role
6. A keen eye for identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issue
7. Manual drivers license
