We're searching for a passionate Housekeeper to compliment our Housekeeping team at Mia Mia House in the Desert, located in the striking Pilbara town of Newman, WA.

You'll be hands-on, detail-driven and guest-focused—ensuring our rooms are always clean and welcoming. If you're a team player who loves a well-made bed, can spot a smudge from 20 paces, and thrives on working with strong teams—this could be your next adventure!

What We're Looking For:

- Takes pride in delivering clean, comfortable rooms—every time.
- Experienced in housekeeping or hotel service systems.
- Calm, organised and efficient, even on the busiest of days.
- Excellent communicator to work efficiently with the team.
- Committed to quality, cleanliness, guest service and compliance.
- Motivated to aspire to become Head Housekeeper and train, develop and inspire your team to be their best.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk,



and lift throughout shift
- Capable of moving housekeeping equipment and linen

Your Responsibilities:

- Work as a team to enhance daily housekeeping operations and accommodation standards.
- Work with the team to deliver consistent high-quality service and standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards are met.
- Restock linen, amenities and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues and damage promptly.
- Liaise with maintenance and front office to ensure a seamless guest experiences.

Perks & Benefits:

- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Experience:

- 3+ years in housekeeping, accommodation or hotel services management.
- Robust understanding of cleaning standards, systems and team supervision.
