About the role:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety across guest rooms and public areas. Working as part of a collaborative Housekeeping team, you will ensure accommodation areas are presented to a consistently high standard while supporting the overall operation of the hotel through attention to detail, efficiency, and professionalism.

In the role you will:

- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard within required timeframes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of corridors, lifts, storerooms, and other shared spaces.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and room presentation standards to ensure consistency across the hotel.
- Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with workplace health and safety requirements.




- Monitor and report maintenance issues, damages, breakages, and guest concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure Housekeeping trolleys are stocked, organised, and ready for daily operations.
- Manage lost property in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Support waste management processes and maintain correct storage of equipment and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with Housekeeping colleagues and other hotel departments to deliver excellent service.
- Uphold guest confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Ideally you will have:

- Previous Housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
- The ability to work efficiently and independently while meeting daily deadlines.
- A proactive and positive approach to work with a willingness to assist team members where required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of safe work practices, including the handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- A reliable work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and professionalism.
- The ability to maintain guest privacy, confidentiality, and discretion always.
