We’re looking to connect with experienced HR Business Partners to join the Shilo consultant community and our consulting bench.

This isn’t a role for a specific client or a job with a start date. It’s an opportunity to get to know Shilo, understand how consulting with us works, and be considered for the right projects as they come up.

What we’re looking for

HR Business Partners at a mid-level who can confidently partner with leaders and teams across a broad range of people matters.

You might have

- Solid generalist HRBP experience
- Experience working across organisational change, performance, employee relations and people strategy
- ER/IR experience — valuable, but not essential
- Experience working autonomously and adapting to different organisations and environments
- A practical, commercially-minded approach to partnering with leaders

What consulting with Shilo looks like Our clients vary — from small and medium-sized organisations through to large,



national businesses and not-for-profits. Projects can be different too: interim HRBP support, a specific piece of work, additional capacity during change, or ongoing consulting support.

Depending on the client and project, there can be hybrid and flexible working arrangements .
