About the Role
Clarity Partners is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join the People function of a Perth-based investment house specialising in the natural resources sector.
Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, you will provide the operational and administrative support that keeps the HR function running effectively, while also contributing to initiatives that shape the employee experience. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who is curious, driven and looking to grow, with genuine responsibility from day one and the opportunity to improve HR systems, processes and programs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding
- Support current starter processes, including contracts, documentation, inductions and employee records
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
- Provide day-to-day HR administration and support across the employee lifecycle
- Assist with performance review, employee engagement and people-related initiatives
- Support the preparation of HR documentation, reports and correspondence
- Assist with policy and procedure updates and ensure HR processes remain compliant
- Provide responsive support to employees and managers on general HR matters
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient and positive employee experience
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Advisor, HR Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of general HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, approachable and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience within professional services, financial services, resources or a corporate environment will be highly regarded
Why This Role
- $90,000 – $115,000 + super, depending on experience
- Perth CBD location
- Work closely with the Human Resources Manager within a small People function
