Role & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates across multiple industries using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess cultural fit, and align expectations with client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from job brief intake to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and specialized roles using CRM and ATS tools.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role descriptions, define KPIs, and deliver timely, data-backed hiring insights.
- Stay ahead of industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and compliance standards (Fair Work Act, DEI best practices).
