About the job

As an HR Advisor, you’ll provide broad generalist HR support across the business, partnering with leaders across employee relations, performance, talent, succession planning, WHS and organisational capability.

This is an initial 12-month contract, reporting directly to the Head of HR. Joining the business at an exciting time of growth, you’ll have the opportunity to support leadership capability, strengthen talent pipelines and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

- Provide practical HR advice across employee relations, performance, investigations and workplace matters.
- Coach leaders through performance, development and people-related challenges.
- Support talent management, succession and workforce planning initiatives.




- Provide advice on employment legislation, policies, Modern Awards and compliance.
- Support WHS, incident management, injury management and wellbeing initiatives.
- Contribute to broader People & Culture projects and continuous improvement.

About you

- Previous experience as an HR Advisor, P&C; Advisor or HR Generalist role.
- Robust employee relations and performance management experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment will be highly regarded.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- HR or related tertiary qualifications preferred.
