Bring your Critical Care skills to the beautiful Gold Coast and secure a position with Australia's largest private health care provider! Join our dedicated 12-bed Intensive Care Unit at John Flynn Private Hospital. Our leading cardiothoracic and general ICU provides comprehensive care to critical care patients. Utilising renal replacement therapy, advanced haemodynamic monitoring, and advanced ventilation techniques, as well as all other general ICU care, our unit practices the highest standards in critical care.

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing outstanding clinical care and exceptional customer service to patients and their families. This will involve assessing, planning,



coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each individual patient in your care.

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skill set with suitable qualifications, or extensive experience in critical care. You will have exceptional communication and organisation skills and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. You will have a passion for providing high quality care and be able to effectively work with a professional team to maintain Ramsay’s high standards.

You will also demonstrate

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 4 years' recent ICU experience is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
- Proven ability to manage complex ICU therapies/care
- Formal qualifications in Critical Care desirable, but not essential
- Cardiothoracic experience will be highly regarded

On offer for this position is a base hourly rate of $39.96 - $54.01 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 Gr1-Gr8).

Additional Information

- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- According to the role, Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
