We have a current opportunity for an ILS Manager , on a contract basis within the Defence sector. The role is based in Canberra ACT . The contract is for an initial 10 month period .

DSS Skill Set: Level 3 - Integrated Logistics Support Management The ILS Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

- Provide specialist logistics, sustainment and project delivery support.
- Ensure successful planning, coordination, development and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support activities throughout the capability lifecycle.
- Lead the development and maintenance of ILS artefacts, governance processes and supportability products, support transition-to-service activities, and provide expert logistics advice to ensure capability readiness and long-term sustainment outcomes.

Minimum mandatory requirements:
- AGSVA Security Clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in Defence Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), logistics management or sustainment management.
- Experience developing, reviewing and managing Defence ILS documentation, artefacts and logistics support analysis products.
- Solid understanding of Defence acquisition,



sustainment and transition-to-service processes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex logistics and sustainment issues and provide practical recommendations.
- Experience working within Defence project environments, including governance, risk, reporting and stakeholder management processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with multiple Defence organisations, industry partners and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting capability acquisition, introduction into service or sustainment programs.
