- Friday 5.00am-11.00am
- $43.64 per hour including casual loading

The Warehouse Officer (Inbound/Receiving), will be responsible for the daily transport of inward goods of a large warehousing business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an inbound role, possess accounting skills to complete supplier claim and ledger balancing, be flexible with hours and demonstrate a firm understanding of warehousing processes.

General Duties And Responsibilities

- Taking booking/time slot for Inbound deliveries
- Data Entry into our SDSR
- Learning our Systems i.e. JDE and Manhattan (SCALE)
- Checking Invoices against supplied and receipted lines
- Raising Supplier claims on Shortages, Damaged Goods in Transit, Short Dating, Over Supplied, etc.
- Attention to detail with advanced Accounting knowledge on Item Ledger on matching transactions
- Answering Accounts Emails on Invoice queries and action in a timely manner
- Working on short deliveries and notify Suppliers on variances




- Both systems should tally upon cross-checking and if needed raise ticket with Supply Chain.
- Helping Receivers on PO issues and liaising with Buyer's on further perusal
- Updating IBT Reconciliations Reports daily
- Priority orders upon deliveries especially on back orders
- Including all Inbound/Receiving tasks.
- Adhere all OHS requirements within the business

Qualifications/Skills

- Certificate in supply chain and/or warehousing highly desirable
- Ability to demonstrate a intermediate level of accounting skills to complete Supplier Claims and Ledger balancing processes
- Must have safety boots
- Own car/vehicle
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Use of RF scanners an advantage
