Immunisation Practice Partner (RN) - South Australia

Drive better vaccination outcomes across primary care

We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our NEW National team as an Immunisation Practice Partner, partnering with primary care practices to improve vaccine recall and immunisation outcomes.

You'll build trusted relationships with GPs and practice nurses, provide clinical education and coaching, and support practices to maximise the effectiveness of their vaccination recall programs.

What you'll do





- Partner with primary care practices in the South Australian territory to support vaccine recall activity and outcomes
- Build strong relationships with GPs, practice nurses and key practice stakeholders
- Deliver engaging clinical education, coaching and training
- Identify opportunities to improve recall processes and vaccination uptake
- Track activity, outcomes and engagement through CRM and reporting systems
- Ensure all activities meet relevant clinical, compliance and client requirements

Profile description:

What you'll bring

- Registered Nurse qualification and relevant clinical experience
- Experience in primary care, immunisation or vaccination highly regarded
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenting and educating healthcare professionals
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working autonomously
- Passion for improving patient outcomes and vaccination rates
