THE ROLE

We’re looking for an energetic, fashion loving In Store Stylist to join our Williamstown team.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll create the kind of shopping experience our customers can’t stop talking about. You’ll welcome every woman warmly, understand what makes her feel fabulous and help her discover outfits she genuinely loves wearing.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Creating warm and memorable experiences for every customer
- Delivering confident, personalised styling advice
- Building genuine relationships that keep customers coming back
- Working towards individual and store sales targets
- Following up with customers and providing exceptional after sales care
- Taking ownership of tasks set by your Store Manager
- Keeping the store looking polished,

ABOUT YOU You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have a genuine love of fashion, styling and helping women feel incredible
- Are confident and comfortable starting conversations
- Bring positive energy and love being part of a team
- Have a strong sense of personal style and an eye for putting outfits together
- Are motivated by sales goals and love celebrating a win
- Previous fashion retail or sales experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person
