The Role

Reporting to the Organisational Development & Inclusion Manager, the Inclusion Specialist will play a key role in the design and delivery of internal events and initiatives to support an inclusive people experience and organisational culture which is safe, respectful, inclusive and values-driven.

In particular, you will focus on uplifting workforce diversity, supporting the Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP), and enhancing organisational engagement through inclusive practices.

Please note, this is a 3-year fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including Gender Equality Action Plan priorities, workforce capability projects and employee lifecycle improvements
- Contribute to programs that strengthen employee inclusion, wellbeing, belonging and engagement, including affinity groups and events
- Collect, analyse and report workforce data, survey results and inclusion insights to identify opportunities, monitor progress and support evidence-informed decision making
- Assist with the implementation of organisational DEI and gender equality priorities, projects and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

About You:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of DEI working within DEI, Organisational Development or People & Culture functions
- A minimum of Diploma level qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology,



or a related field. A bachelor's degree is highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of DEI principles, including relevant Human Rights, Sex Discrimination, Equal Opportunity legislation, regulatory environments and best practice
- Experience designing and delivering organisation-wide culture, engagement or DEI initiatives
- Proven experience in developing and delivering organisational initiatives and activities with measurable impact aligned to either WGEA or CGEPS requirements
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and use advocacy skills to support the delivery of D&I; outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform workforce data into clear and meaningful recommendations
- Demonstrated experience coordinating internal initiatives, programs or events from planning through to evaluation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to design clear, comprehensive documentation and materials for different audiences
