This portfolio has been meticulously managed for its entire lifespan and is in excellent shape for the right person to step in and continue building on that legacy.

The Role

- Manage a well‑established, low‑maintenance portfolio handed over from a long‑serving Property Manager
- No Routine Inspections required — this is fully handled for you, freeing you up to focus on relationship management and portfolio growth




- Work within a supportive team setting with offshore and administrative backup
- Use industry‑leading systems including PropertyMe, HubDash and Tapi (experience with these is a bonus, not a requirement)

- Proven experience in property management
