Job Description

Rocky Bay Limited in Nollamara invites applications for a Lead Support Worker. The role oversees community participation, supports independence, and collaborates with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment.

This permanent part-time position requires a minimum of two years' disability industry experience; Certificate III in Disability is preferred but not essential.

Location: Kewdale, the customer will be moving to Embleton in July. Adaptable Availability: Usually Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoons to early evenings, to accommodate our customer's busy schedule.
