Job Description

Burke and Beyond is seeking an experienced disability practitioner to lead our Box Hill team as a Service Coordinator. You will manage a small team delivering programs and activities for young adults with intellectual disabilities.

The role involves liaising with families and carers, community partners, coordinating administration to meet NDIS requirements, and ensuring person-centred support and program development.
