Job Description

Warehouse Duties

n

n
- Ensure all item movements in and out of the warehouse are processed on time and to Liebherr standards
n
- Use a forklift to load and unload trucks and warehouse racks, and unload containers
n
- Pick, pack, receipt and dispatch orders
n
- Arrange and book freight, including obtaining freight quotes
n
- Perform general warehouse and housekeeping duties
n
- Assist with regular stocktakes, cycle count procedures and location reports
n
- Participate actively in continuous improvement of warehouse operations
n
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
n
- Build skills in the Parts department to assist with interpreting spare parts and providing technical and product information to customers
n

Requirements

n

n
- Current forklift and drivers' licenses
n
- Previous experience in a similar role
n
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
n
- Customer focused
n
- Commitment to maintain and adhere to workplace safety guidelines
n
- Ability to work a 5-on-5-off roster covering day and night shifts:



6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
