Job Description

Are you experienced in drafting for an Australian custom home builder? We are looking for a full time Revit Drafter for a newly created role. Their designs are stunning and range from $1M to $7M.

The role is focused on producing detailed construction documentation for custom residential projects, working closely with design, estimating and construction teams to ensure drawings are accurate, compliant and buildable.

What they're looking for:

- Solid Revit capability with experience producing full construction documentation
n
- Australian residential experience is essential (custom or project homes)
n
- Solid understanding of NCC, council requirements and local approvals
n
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workflow
n
- High attention to detail and pride in documentation quality
n

The name of the client will be given at interview.

As part of the interview process it will involve a Revit Skills Test. Due to the permanent nature of all our roles we can only accept candidates with permanent residence or NZ or Australian Citizenship.
