Capital Radiology & Integral Diagnostics (IDX) is expanding its Customer Service Centre in Berwick to transform the patient experience. These are full time roles (Mon-Fri) based in our Langmore Lane site, handling patient bookings across multiple practices using the Visage RIS system.
As the first contact, you will deliver empathetic, confidential service to patients and referrers, quoting fees and rebates and confirming preparation instructions.
