Deliver clinical Speech Pathology services as a member of the community based multidisciplinary allied health team, for adults/older persons within the Townsville University Hospital catchment. Competitive salary and benefits

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

Salary range: $40.35 to $58.59 p.h. (HP3)

- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Requirements

- Mandatory qualifiers and proof of registration: Mandatory: Tertiary degree (or equivalent) qualification in Speech Pathology and membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Aged Care Pre-Employment Screening: Applicants are advised this position works in an identified Aged Care Facility as per the Aged Care Act 1997 and therefore requires employees and volunteers to have a current National Police Certificate.
- Highly regarded: Demonstrated clinical knowledge, expertise and skill in community speech pathology practice.
- Highly regarded: Understanding of chronic health and aging conditions.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
